Uzbekistan Tourist Visa

A valid passport with a minimum validity of six months.
Two passport-sized photographs with a white background (dimensions: 35mm x 50mm).
A bank statement covering the last six months along with a maintenance letter.
National Tax Number (NTN) documentation.
A letter requesting the visa and a duly completed visa application form.
A telex invitation, which is required for the visa application process.
A return air ticket.
A copy of the CNIC (National Identity Card).
